Title: Middle School Director
Full-time
Position Summary: Give Leadership and Oversight to the Middle School Ministry including programs, staff, volunteer leaders, and students. Personal Focus will be: 1) Long term planning and implementation of weekly programs and special events that will engage students on a weekly basis. 2) Create relevant and age appropriate teaching for Middle School students. 3) Develop a team of students, interns, and adult volunteers to be a part of weekly programs and special events. 4) Responsible for complete execution of weekly programs and special events. 5) Oversee information/communication systems to clearly inform students, parents and the church of student ministry meetings, events, and activities. 6) Align Middle School ministries with the overall family ministry vision and partner together with all departments to create a pervasive discipleship/ministry strategy. 7) Oversee care for Middle school students and their families.
